FIRST 2009 STUD FEES ANNOUNCED!

California’s Ballena Vista Farm is the first to announce 2009 stud fees. They are:
BEAU GENIUS — $3,000 (DOWN from $4,000 in 2008)
DEPUTY COMMANDER — To Be Announced
SEA OF SECRETS — $4,000 (DOWN from $5,000 in 2008)
SPENSIVE — $2,500 (UP from $1,000 in 2008)

Ballena Vista has a small, but very strong stallion barn. Deputy Commander currently is ranked No. 2 among California stallions in progeny earnings followed by Sea of Secrets ranking 7th and Beau Genius ranking 17th.

I will be posting all of the stud fees here as they are announced and commenting on the ones I feel offer exceptional value.
