As the Internet changes our lives in a number of ways, Werk Thoroughbred Consultants, Inc., is committed to respecting your privacy.

In general, you can visit www.werkhorse.com without telling us who you are or revealing any personal information about yourself.

Certain parts of our web site give you the option of providing information such as your name, mailing address, telephone number, and e-mail address.  Some examples of when we may need information are if you choose to purchase a product directly from the WTC web site or if you request an InfoPack to be sent to you through the mail.  WTC believes strongly in respecting the privacy of users of our web site.  When you choose to give us personal information over the Internet, WTC will treat this information with as much care and respect as we do in all other aspects of our business operations.

While IP addresses (the Internet address of a computer) are logged automatically, the user remains anonymous.   We analyze this data for certain trends and statistics.  We do not link your IP addresses to anything personally identifiable to you.  The only exception to this policy applies to those clients who utilize the WTC AuctiON-LINE to purchase and receive information through the Internet.  For billing and security purposes, we do keep track of client activity but only while within the WTC AuctiON-LINE portion of the website.  We treat all of our client activities with the utmost confidentiality.   

No part of our website uses "cookies," which are small files used by other websites for record-keeping purposes.

Furthermore, no part of our website endeavors to solicit personal information from those identifying themselves as age 17 or under.  While we have no direct control over whether children access our websites, WTC encourages parents to take an active role in their children's use of the Internet and spent time online with their children.  Children may ask their parents to submit a request for information on their behalf.
